China's Black Jails

According to an article in the China Digital Times entitled, “Beijing’s Black Secrets” the government of the People’s Republic of China has been holding petitioners at secret locations. These ‘thought detention centers’ were thought to be extinct, but appear to have just gone underground.
This is just another example of another way to quash dissent and keep issues that need to be resolved away from public scrutiny, brought to the People’s Republic of China by the Chinese Communist Party.
