To quote the Dark Visitor blog, these are the “Segways-of-Death”.
One wonders what effect the recoil from the weapon might have on the operator (and anyone immediately behind them.) Hopefully, there will be no reason to test the idea, but one wonders why such an aggressive stance prior to a sporting event. When the Olympics games came to Salt Lake City, I don’t remember any pictures of security personnel with weapons drawn.
Visitors, beware. Now, not only will you endure zero privacy, but there will be packs of armed Segways to make sure that nothing gets out of hand.
